I have used Computers Plus for a long time. They are always helpful and fast. They never pressure me into buying things I don't need. Plus, they are really nice to work with!

Went in a couple of days ago with a laptop that was refusing to simply turn on. Admittedly, I know very little of technology, never really use it, but Nick was great. I told him what the issue was and without hesitation, he used his techno-magic and fixed the problem in about 5 minutes. He didn't make me feel like an ignorant simpleton, was polite and informative as are all the guys there. In short, these guys know their stuff and are great to work with.

David provided the best service possible. Brought my computer in and got excellent service. Very thorough. Totally recommend.

Dave was very detailed in explaining my new apple laptop to me. He answered all my questions and said I could call him back with any additional questions. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him to my friends for computer help.

Called asking for a power supply cable that I had accidently thrown away in the process of moving, Dave Brown and Logan searched through the store parts, recycle bin, and out in tech cars to find me the cable I needed. These guys are awesome!

I don’t typically write reviews, but I couldn’t be more eager to share my experience with computers plus and their staff over this past year. My son wanted to start building his own computer a while back and had been saving up little bits and buying one component at a time. During this time we had been in and made several phone calls just with general questions and direction. Even when we weren’t making a purchase, they never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them in anyway. They were always happy to engage and guide us. Nine months ago, we were ready for the build. Due to outside issues (not computers plus) we were only up and running three of those months. In the meantime We received exceptional support from each one of the staff members along our journey to get things resolved. Things do not always go as planned but when you have sincere, exceptional customer service it makes all the difference. Because of this, I do not believe I will ever go anywhere else. David Brown, Kyle Sampsell, and the rest of the staff thanks again for being such great people.
